A copy of 19th century antique patterns made for 18" fashion dolls. These are very unique patterns from a book called "Dolly's Dressmaker" printed in the 1860s in London and Berlin. This one is Part I.

I have included here the first page of the book so you can see how it is written for a young child, giving detailed instructions. There is even a section on measuring your doll for the correct fit.
