Each pattern includes a color picture of completed outfit. Patterns include a bunny outfit made of fleece for Riley, complete with cottontail, pink tummy, and detachable lined hood with pink satin tie. The pattern can also be used to make one-piece pajamas. Bethany has a blue Alice in Wonderland dress, with puffed sleeves and peter pan collar. The white apron has fabric ruffled capped sleeves and ties in the back. Both are made of cotton.
