This is a three piece coordinated outfit to fit the 11" Meadow Dumpling dolls (i.e., Saffi and Bailey), and other dolls of this size.
 
Included is a top that is gathered with a ribbon that ties in the back with an attached button. It closes in the back with snaps.  Coordinating skirt with elastic waist and pants with elastic waist and elastic at bottom.  Pants can be pushed up to form bloomers under the skirt.
